New collection of contemporary carpet

For 2023, Edition Bougainville is bringing a breath of fresh air to its new carpet collection. Dynamic, colorful and innovative, it marks a turning point in the creativity of this French house. The 48 new models integrate the existing Renaissance, Inspiration, Charleston and Chromatic collections. Free interpretation of 18th century French carpets, travel souvenirs, harmonious combinations of colors drawn from nature or the Decorative Arts, they embody luxury and elegance à la française. This is undoubtedly due to their handcrafted production in the brand’s exclusive workshops.

In the heart of the ancestral carpet-making regions of Nepal and India, Edition Bougainville calls on the rare know-how of weavers who hand-knot each piece it produces. Or how to make tradition live up to modernity! Constantly pushing the limits of its creativity, Edition Bougainville has just launched a brand new collection beautifully named Texture. As its name suggests, this singular range features tone-on-tone rugs in a palette of neutral shades. Their originality lies in the work on the heights of the fibers, their textures and the 3D effects they create. Bijoux de sols is an almost euphemistic expression to designate his handcrafted creations at the borders of art.
