A henhouse, a rooftop vegetable garden, a neighbourhood patisserie on the street (but with chef Yann Brys Meilleur Ouvrier de France!), a 360° view of the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower, etc. Luxury without any flashiness. The Brach hotel doesn’t dominate from a pedestal, but rather is part of the rhythm of the city of Paris. This is a motif of Pierre Bastid, Romain Yzerman and Emmanuel Sauvage, the three co-founders of EVOK, creators of lifestyles. The interior design created by Philippe Starck breathes modernism, Bahaus, Dada and surrealism. The colours are warm, natural materials are abundant, and artworks and unusual objects are omnipresent.
Their wellbeing concept is very innovative but takes inspiration from the past. The sports club, which spreads over a thousand square meters, is designed in the spirit of the boxing clubs of the 30s.
A 22-metre swimming pool incites you to do lengths. The hot water pool, the sauna, the hammam and the Himalayan salt cave invite you to relax. The wellness area also offers aqua-pole dance training and watsu massages. Brach offers a whole range of new ideas.
Located on the ground floor and accessible to all, the Brach restaurant is friendly and spacious. The bar only uses fresh products (condiments prepared on the spot, spices crushed in the mortar, freshly squeezed juices). The restaurant, run by chef Adam Bentalha, is a tribute to Mediterranean food.
With its 59 rooms and suites, its terraces and rooftop with breathtaking views over the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower, Brach is a cosmopolitan and surprising place to enjoy life. Here it’s all about originality, intimacy, comfort and conviviality. Brach is a place of culture, wellness and experiencing unique encounters from morning to night.
