Casadisagne, a French brand and know-how
In 1997, a passionate decorator with a love for beauty conceived the idea of developing a line of lighting. Its distinctive feature? Successfully combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary style—an aspect appreciated by Signatures Singulières Magazine! Acquired in 2016 by Lionel Martin-Guinard, from the luxury sector, the company has retained its identity, its DNA. Over 25 years since its creation, Casadisagne continues to manufacture all its lighting entirely in its own Provençal workshops, now located in Chateaurenard, near Avignon.
Traditional and modern techniques, coupled with noble materials, come together to showcase craftsmanship where quality, precision, and demand are the guiding principles. From tubes to raw brass bases, all manufacturing stages, from small mechanics involving cutting, drilling, polishing, welding, abrasion, as well as various types of patinas, to electrical assembly, are carried out in the Casadisagne workshops. Made from quality components, Casadisagne luminaires stand out for their durability and longevity.
Elegant, Contemporary, and Timeless Creations
Specializing in brass craftsmanship, Casadisagne designs its models by optimizing the qualities of this metal, allowing for endless creative possibilities. The patinas—artisanal, black, or gold—achieved through traditional oxidation, dyeing, and waxing techniques, are done manually, revealing over time all the nuances and depth of the brass. A guarantee of elegance and quality, brass adorns all the creations of the house.
Primarily designed in-house, the creations, sometimes signed by external designers, illuminate interiors with a thousand lights, be they classic, modern, or contemporary. Thoughtfully crafted to harmonize with all styles, the various luminaires come to illuminate and decorate a bedroom, an entrance, a living room, or even an office. Moreover, some models offer practical functionalities designed, for example, to facilitate reading, such as telescopic lamps and floor lamps that allow for height adjustment.
