Stéphanie Coutas created a spectacular pied-à-terre facing the Eiffel Tower. Thus, this 220 m² interior has been arranged using precious materials, enhanced by meticulousness and creativity in detailing. In a nutshell, luxury living yet cozy in the true spirit of Parisian chic.

Also, the coffee table in wenge and marble by Francesco Perini – Gallery FUMI. Then, the cushions are covered with G.P. & J. Baker fabric. The kitchen is a creation of SC Edition. Then, the “Aston” chairs are by Minotti. Then, the vase is from the artist Karen Swami. Finally, the ceramic sculpture is from the artist Wouter Hoste of the Patrick Fourtin Gallery.

An intimate setting

Firstly, the mission of an interior designer is to understand the lifestyle of his clients and to project himself in their intimacy. Accordingly, Stéphanie Coutas was attentive to Kate, her American client who expressed the desire to have a Parisian pied-à-terre with her husband. In the first place, Kate had two main wishes, giving Stéphanie Coutas carte blanche to design the rest with complete freedom to her vision and talent. Firstly, Kate wanted the installation of a Baccarat chandelier designed by Stéphanie Coutas. Secondly, and the most important request was a truly creative challenge. In fact, Kate wanted a master bedroom as a chest with dark gray moldings and a velvet texture.The challenge was met using an astonishing process and Stéphanie Coutas managed to create a perfectly intimate setting that truly enchanted the client.

A tailor-made luxury

The main challenge was to establish real intimacy in the master bedroom. The ceiling with molding had to be harmoniously highlighted without fabric or wallpaper. Thus, Stéphanie Coutas used a velvet flocking process on all the moldings. Furthermore, Stéphanie Coutas gave free rein to her passion for beautiful materials and the personalization of each space. In this respect, marble enhances the bathrooms as well as the central kitchen island. The dressing room arranged like a luxury boutique combines noble materials such as precious woods and woven glass. Finally, the furniture designed by Stéphanie Coutas reinforces the custom-made spirit of this sophisticated interior.

The spirit of Parisian chic

In addition to exceptional refined houses, Stéphanie Coutas produces furniture in collaboration with renowned houses. The Baccarat chandelier that seduced Kate, for example, was staged in her Parisian pied-à-terre. The furnishing consist of characterful, bespoke pieces by Stéphanie Coutas and other contemporary designers. Key to its success is a modern and elegant atmosphere in the true spirit of Parisian chic. This interior design is the result of mutual trust between the interior designer and her client. According to her, “Stéphanie immediately knew how to transport us into her poetic, creative and refined universe”. Morever, this achievement illustrates the relevant work of Stéphanie Coutas, who was voted one of the top 100 designers in the world by Andrew Martin Interior Design Review.
